Mississauga has been presented with an exciting opportunity to revitalize its infrastructure and stimulate the local economy, thanks to an allocation of $145 million in funding under the federal and provincial government's infrastructure Stimulus Fund (ISF) program, plus $24 million for Recreational Infrastructure Canada (RInC) projects.

Civic Centre Watch The Civic Centre and Library Square Revitalization Presentation
A public information session was held on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at Mississauga's Civic Centre to showcase the Civic Centre and Library Square Redevelopment project in Ward 4. Budgeted at $40 million, the revitalization of Mississauga's Civic Centre and Central Library Square is the City's largest construction project made possible through the Infrastructure Stimulus Fund (ISF) program.
